About Debra
Mindfulness and being present in the moment is a way of life. I have been practicing mindfulness for several years and it has profoundly changed how I engage in the world. I hold certifications in many areas of mindfulness, including meditation, labyrinth facilitation, Heartwork Journaling, Chair Yoga, and more. I have been a teacher and professor for over 25 years – I LOVE TO TEACH and interact with people.
