You are wonderfully made – you have everything you need – look within. While mindfulness is something we all naturally possess, it is more readily accessible to us when we practice on a daily basis. About Debra

Mindfulness and being present in the moment is a way of life. I have been practicing mindfulness for several years and it has profoundly changed how I engage in the world. I hold certifications in many areas of mindfulness, including meditation, labyrinth facilitation, Heartwork Journaling, Chair Yoga, and more. I have been a teacher and professor for over 25 years – I LOVE TO TEACH and interact with people. Allow me to introduce myself in person with a customized mindfulness session specific to your personal or business interest.

What we seek is not outside of us, but within. Through introspection and self-awareness, we can uncover the treasures of our own being – wisdom, resilience, and boundless potential. By turning inward, we discover the infinite source of strength that resides within
each of us. Mindfulness practices can offer you opportunities to find your within.

As the founder of Find Your Within, I am committed to living mindfully, embracing each moment with awareness and compassion. Through daily practice, I cultivate a deeper connection to myself and the world around me, fostering peace, resilience, and authentic presence in all that I do. There are many ways to practice mindfulness – you get to choose what works for you. I look forward to
